Join us for this fun and tasty introduction to the seven styles of cheese where you will have the opportunity to learn about the distinct types of cheeses and how to taste like a pro! We’ll guide you through a brief history and description of the techniques used to create artisan cheese. Along with the cheeses you’ll get to taste accompaniments as well.

Class size is limited, minimum age of participants is 18, registration fee is nonrefundable. No outside food or drink allowed.

All our favorite artisan cheese styles are patterned after unique historic varieties from Europe. Wine varieties often share their origins with cheeses from the same region. In this class we will explore those styles and varieties and see why terroir is so important to both cheese and wine.

Participants must be 21 years of age to register for and attend this class. Class size is limited, registration fee is nonrefundable, non-transferable to other events or dates. Ticket fees are included. 8.25% sales tax will be added. No outside food or drink allowed.

Blending wines from different grape varieties takes a wine maker’s skill which results in unique aromas and flavors to entice and beguile. Artisan cheeses made by blending cow, goat or sheep’s milks takes a cheese maker’s skill, and the wide range of blended milk cheeses are amazing and delicious. In this class we will explore a variety of wines and cheeses that are blends. You are sure to be captivated!
